We work at the intersection of systems change, individual healing, and community care, alongside K-12 educators doing the day to day work of transforming the education system from within it.
Offerings
We believe that schools can be places of healing, mutuality and liberation for students and educators, but they are mostly not (yet). To move towards that goal together, we could co-write a multiyear strategic plan with you; we would also set up regular listening sessions for the humans experiencing change, including students. We could review your PD plan for racial justice learning possibilities; we would also coach you through the experience of actually enacting that plan, and design evaluations that measure what teachers and students tell us they care most about.
We work with adults, but our accountability is to the students in your building, those who care for them, and those who will live in the world they create.
